Observation

The cabinet under the kitchen sink was not secured. It has had a mechanisim but it was not functioning at the time of the visit so the chemicals stored there were accessible to the children. One of the cabinet doors was worked on to make it latched/locked but the other side was not solved at the time of the visit. The laundry room also had cleaning products that were accessible to children. This is the path through which the children go outdoors. The latter laundry room products were removed at the time of the visit.
